Godfather
Jim Olin has been involved in some of the most complex and intricate business acquisitions and business restructurings from both a Wall Street "public" company scale, to small private companies. Jim has also served as a litigation consultant on one of the largest class action settlements in US history.
Previously, Olin was the Managing Partner of The Sterling Companies LLC. He managed the merger of three of Northwest Florida’s leading privately owned resort development, resort management and real estate sales companies into one powerful regional company servicing all facets of the resort industry. His leadership propelled The Sterling Companies from a regional powerhouse to a national player in the industry. Jim was responsible for the growth of the rental management company to over 3,000 units under contract, an active resort, residential and commercial real estate operation with over 50 licensed agents in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi, and the construction of over 550 high rise resort condominiums in 7 towers.
Jim is the former President and CEO of ResortQuest International (NYSE: RZT), the world’s largest vacation rental property management and resort real estate firm. Under his leadership at ResortQuest, Olin guided the network of more than 20,000 vacation rental properties in 52 premier resort destinations and developed alliances and partnerships that gave ResortQuest a truly global reach. During Jim’s tenure, ResortQuest had more than 5,000 employees and managed a vacation rental portfolio valued at over $7 billion. Olin also oversaw a real estate brokerage network of more than 350 agents, who traditionally managed an excess of $1 billion in real estate listings.
Olin had been with ResortQuest and its subsidiaries for 10 years. He was appointed COO of the company in January 2000 and was then promoted to President in April 2002. Previously, he was President and CEO of Abbott Resorts, based in Destin. As President and CEO of Abbott from 1992 until January 2000, Olin engineered the company’s growth from 900 units to more than 2,500 units, and real estate sales from $35 million to $250 million annually. Prior to joining Abbott Resorts, he served in various capacities within the tourism and economic development fields in Florida, beginning with the Florida Department of Commerce.
Olin has served on several state-level task forces, appointed by Florida Governors Bush and Mixon, and is a founding Board Member of the Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association. Jim currently sits as a founding Board Member of the Onsite Property Managers Association (OPMA), and is also on the Advisory Council of Host Compliance LLC.
Jim is also a former faculty member at the Nashville campus of the University of Phoenix, and a member of the Vacation Rental Managers Association and the American Society of Trial Consultants. Jim holds Real Estate Broker licenses in Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi and Alabama. Olin has been married for over 32 years to his wife June, and they have four children and five grandchildren. President
Jacobie has been involved in short term rentals, litigation consulting, food & beverage, and real estate for over a decade. Jacobie is one of the preeminent M&A consultants in the short-term rental industry. He specifically advises buy-side clients looking to expand into new markets through acquisitions and developer partnerships. He has worked as a subject matter expert on the BP Oil Spill, along with several other cases. A former restaurateur, he is currently a licensed RSPS REALTOR in Tennessee.
A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), Jacobie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, and has experience in actuarial accounting. He currently resides in Nashville with his wife, Kaitlyn, and goldendoodle, Jasmine.
VP of M&A
Dylan Burgess joins C2G Advisors as a nine year vacation rental M&A expert. Dylan has worked for some of the largest companies in the industry, including Vacasa and VTrips. He has acquired vacation rental companies and integrated those businesses into growing property management companies. Additionally, Dylan has represented smaller vacation rental managers, as a M&A Advisor, to help them buy or sell property management companies during his time at Vintory.
In total, Dylan has personally supported the purchase or sale of 36 acquisitions. He has also supported the integration efforts of another 12 companies, thus developing an intimate understanding of creating post acquisition value. Dylan is a great resource for buyers and sellers looking to sell their business or grow their business through acquisition.
Residing in Portland, Oregon, Dylan acquired and operates a neighborhood brewery. He has an entrepreneurial spirit and a degree in Tourism from Oregon State University. Dylan is an avid golfer and enjoys exploring vacation rental destinations.
JD, M&A Advisor
Michele Leonelli is an experienced corporate and M&A attorney. He graduated cum laude from The Georgetown University Law Center in 2011 and began his legal career as an associate in the Los Angeles office of global corporate firm Latham & Watkins. As an attorney with Phoenix boutique firm Phocus Law, he acts as outside general counsel to a range of investors, companies, and entrepreneurs. In this capacity he represents buyers and sellers in transactions across a wide array of industries. As part of his transactional work, Michele represents clients throughout the entire M&A process, from diligence and initial negotiation, to structuring and negotiation, through to close. With over a decade of experience, Michele plays a leading role in the structure and execution of transactions, as well as the management and negotiation of the interpersonal dynamics involved in each deal.
Michele was born and raised in Australia. He’s half-Italian and half-Australian and 100% passionate about music, reading, and meditation. His favorite band of all time is Pink Floyd and his favorite album Dark Side of the Moon. Some of his favorite authors include Herman Hesse, Leo Tolstoy, and William Shakespeare, and among his favorite literary characters are the Count of Montecristo and Ignatius J. Reilly. When he’s not working, Michele is often taking his dog Chloe for swims or to the dog park, or sitting outside with his fiancé, enjoying the birds in the trees around their home in Austin, Texas.
Buy-side Advisor
Andrew Jacoby is a Buy-Side Agent for C2G Advisors, the leading advisory firm in the short-term vacation rental industry.
Before joining C2G Advisors, Andrew owned and operated one of the fast-growing local short-term rental companies in Nashville, TN. Growing the company to 75 units in under 3 years before navigating a successful exit in 2022. After the sale, Andrew worked in revenue management for a leading dynamic pricing tool as both a revenue manager and lead customer success agent. Andrew brings his network and direct experiences to C2G, assisting vacation rental managers to grow their portfolios through acquisitions.
Andrew graduated from Ohio Northern University with a degree in business administration and entrepreneurship. He now lives with his wife and child in the Charlotte, NC, area. He is an avid college sports fan and enjoys playing soccer and golf.
M&A Anylst
Jackson Thomas is an M&A Analyst for C2G Advisors, the leading advisory firm in the short-term vacation rental industry.
Before joining C2G, Jackson worked as a Strategic Consulting Analyst, contributing extensive proficiency in financial modeling, software implementaiton, benchmarking, and comprehensive market research. In this role, he collaborated closely with business unit leaders, primarily focusing on engagements within the energy/utility sector and banking clientele. Jackson is a distinguished graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an area of emphasis in investment banking. Throughout his undergraduate years, he distinguished himself through two internships—one in private equity and another specializing in financial due diligence for high-net-worth clients.
Residing in Nashville, Jackson brings strong experience to C2G while also emboding a commitment to personal growth. Outside of the professional realm, he enjoys fitness and maintaining an ongoing pursuit of knowledge.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Scott Holt is the Director of Sales and Marketing for C2G Advisors.
His role encompasses all aspects of marketing, from crafting effective SEO strategies to implementing social media and email marketing campaigns, while optimizing content for C2G's digital platforms.
With a background as a web developer at a digital marketing agency and a prominent property management software firm, he seamlessly transitioned to spearheading C2G's digital marketing efforts.
Residing in Colorado Springs, he finds joy in spending time with with his wife and two children in the great outdoors of Colorado.

Andrew Nash is a seasoned CPA with over a decade of experience in the banking industry. He started his career at a local Nashville accounting firm, where he eventually moved on to being a Director at Community Bank in Kentucky.
Andrew has built a robust career, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis, auditing, and regulatory compliance. His commitment to continuous learning and professional development ensures he stays at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
Andrew Nash holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and a Masters of Accountancy from Middle Tennessee State University.
Residing in Nashville, outside of his professional life, he spends his time on the lake with his wife, Erin, and two kids.
